What counts as a deliberation?
A deliberation is a single strategic question submitted to your executive team. Each deliberation includes the full multi-round discussion, consensus building, and final recommendations. Follow-up questions on the same topic count as separate deliberations.
Can I customize my executives' personalities?
Yes. On Starter plans and above, you can customize executive communication styles, risk dispositions, and areas of expertise. On Professional and Enterprise plans, you get deeper customization of decision-making frameworks and areas of expertise.
What is OSINT intelligence?
OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) is real-time web research that your executives can perform during deliberations. They can analyze competitor websites, market data, regulatory filings, and news to inform their recommendations with current information.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your deliberations, executive configurations, and organizational data are never used to train AI models. We use Claude via Anthropic's API with data processing agreements that explicitly prohibit training on customer data.
Can I export my executive team configuration?
Yes. Executive configurations are stored as TOML soul files that you can export, version control, share across teams, and import into other environments. This ensures reproducible, portable executive teams.
What happens if I exceed my plan's deliberation limit?
You'll receive a notification when you reach 80% of your monthly limit. Once reached, you can upgrade your plan or wait for the next billing cycle. We never cut off access mid-deliberation.
